"With this growth, we must now focus on building an experienced and dedicated team to lead our mission. The teamed talents of Betsy and John bring a balance of marketing, operational, technological, and non-profit experience that is critical to growth of Medical Missions for Children. Prior to his entry into the non-profit sector, Mr. Riehl enjoyed a successful career in the information technology sector, where he headed up the sales and marketing activities for a software development firm, and then managed the implementation of a full-scale technology redesign effort for a 250-attorney law firm headquartered in Boston.

He earned a bachelor's degree from University of Scranton and his MBA from the University of Connecticut.

"Frank and his wife, Peg, have created an amazing organization," said Betsy Parkins. "And it is a privilege to bring my skills and experience to Medical Missions for Children. This is an opportunity to enhance and expand Medical Missions for Children's already solid image and to build the organization's fundraising programs. I am excited to help further the organization's critically important mission."

"The vision and relentless dedication of both Frank and Peg Brady have been at the heart of everything that Medical Missions has accomplished to date," said John Riehl. "It is my hope that I can bring to the Brady's mission the organizational and leadership skills required to meet the fast-paced growth requirements that the agency has set for itself. Similarly, it is my desire to instill in each member of our organization the sense of urgency and compassion that has become synonymous with name Medical Missions for Children."
